I put 2 Boston butts on at 530 this morning it is 10:10 my internal temp in the one with the probe is 152. That seems to high for just 5 hours. I have been smoking at 230-250. Any input will help thanks.
I am going to foil at 165 then at 205 am going to take it and wrap in a towel and keep it a cooler for a hour. That really makes it good. Good luck on your smoke.
