I work with some rednecks and cajuns that are all about heat!

The last batch of TexMex sticks I took in were good I thought, but the boys said they needed some more heat.

Well, this batch should do it for them!

While I was doing the patty fry test, I leaned over and smelled the vapors coming from the pan. I coughed for a few minutes, drank most of a beer, and my eyes are still watering!

My bride came in to see what was going on and said; "@&$# this!" And left me alone in the toxic gas cloud!

It's amazing what a tablespoon of cayenne and a tablespoon of red pepper flakes will do to a 5 pound batch of sticks that were already too hot for the average adult!

Where can I order replacement nose hairs? Mine are a bit singed!

Have you used pequin peppers?    I have been using them, nice mild heat.   LOL..............
