Hello from northern Minnesota!

I purchased a pit boss 700fb 2 months ago or so, and enjoy cooking, grilling, smoking on it so far. Anxious to read the forum more and see what kind of new / different ideas are out there.

Thanks

Welcome from So Cal. I bet you are happy to be free of the frozen tundra for a month or two? My Mom is from Minnesota as well. This is a great place for all things smoking. Can't wait to try that brisket tri tip method next weekend. You will find so many ideas here. Trust me you will enjoy your stay.

Welcome to the site, glad to have.

Thanks everyone! Smoked up some ribs 2 weeks ago, and absolutely loved them. Going to try a pork shoulder roast tomorrow on the pit boss. I've searched the site and have done some good reading, any other advise? What's a good rub for it? With the ribs I did yellow mustard and brown sugar and enjoyed it. There has to be other suggestions?!?
