See like that! Rec Teq was the same, call and asked about my probes, they asked for address and sent 2 new ones. I had un underwater strobe that flooded on a dive trip, call the manufacturer when we got home - they said "send it in and we will let you know", week later I got an email say it was my fault and a replacement was in the mail - FREE.Speaking of. I have a Primeweld plasma cutter and the adjustment valve for air pressure broke. I emailed them to ask about buying a replacement knob. Customer service called me back and I explained what happened and ask about buying a knob. Customer service said we’ll warranty that and then asked if the address they had on file was current. They sent the whole valve assembly. It had a 3 year warranty and I bought it July of 2021. I will likely be buying another machine from them.
Those are examples of how it should work if a company wants to keep customers!
