I really like the chimney griller idea POINT!!.  Something I never considered using.  Hmmmm maybe after I get home from our tuna fishing trip...........

Did another Tuna Steak showing how you can see the color change as it cooks.

Used my gas grill so I could get better pics.

Grill heated to about 400*


Maybe 1 1/2 min


4 minutes ready to turn over


first side nice markings


1 min. on the other side its' almost done


Took it off you can see a little pink spot on top


Slightly over cooked for me not real bad


Plated with M&C and Tomato,Basil sauce


So for those who do not have a chimney your grill will work just fine.

I believe me closing the lid to try keeping the heat may have been the caused

We take ours off a little sooner.

I like them almost raw in the middle.

Try it that way & you will never go back!

Just a thin white line on the outside & they are done!

I still gave you a point cause you cooked it the way you like it!

Al the first post had the pic of how I like it,the grill was to show how fast it will cook.The chimney is a big plus for cooking Tuna
