Man my first full weekend at home since the middle of january and i'm gonna make LuLu earn her keep. Got 3 racks of trimmed spares to put in tommorrow morning and i can't wait..was able to get some ribs while on storm duty but they were almost inedible...Got 1 rubbed with Lysanders, 1 with durkees rib rub and the third with kansas city cowtown Sweet spot

Can't wait has been New years since i've done a smoke, been busy with all the dang snow and wind been keeping me moving..have worked 9 states so far this year..

here's Gavin doing his best Garth impression

Here's the finished product, i glazed them with New Hampshire Maple Syrup, Butter and Black strap Molasses, using 3-2-1 and they turned out to die for fall off the bone.

now gotta save some for my little Buckaroo, him and his mom went shopping. the wife and i went to wal-mart and i always check out the meat and did i score, they had a whole bunch of ribs, spare and BBs, marked down so i got 10 racks of BBs 2.49lb and 6 racks of spares 1.29lb+ 2 picnic butts and a large london broil so LuLu will be making up for some lost time seeing how my work schedule has been cut back drasticly for a couple of weeks

Glad to know you're back in the smoke my friend. Cool pic of the Garth look. Great looking ribs, thanks for sharing the Q View.
