Today is our one year anniversary and because of leap year it's been more than 365 days married and I make sure she knows how lucky she is to deal with my obsession to grilling and cooking. She perfers tenderloin so I got her a choice tenderloin steak which was about a half pound and perfect. I love ribeyes so I got a choice Ribeye and seasoned both up and vacuum packed for 3 hours thinking it might help get the seasoning into the meat. I personally don't believe it did but will try longer next time. Cooked them over cowboy lump at about 400 degrees starting her tenderloin before as it takes little longer than a ribeye. Did 2 flips on hers and added mine to the grill and got some good cross hatching on both of them and they were finished at 130 degrees and tented. Bought a couple twice baked and did those with steam veggies. Let's say I am very satisfied with everything...
