Hey all i am sorry i didn't have time to do a full Qview i was strapped for time with all the people in my house,but i did get a pic of the end result. This was a 5# prime rib smoked with apple would i did over cook it just a hair i pulled it off at about 145 degrees. but it was still real juicy and everyone loved it.
