WSM 22" Sold out Everywhere

I have the 18.5 but want the extra space of the 22. I know July 4th just happened but I cant find one anywhere without some 6-8 week lead time. Was it just a massive buy for the holiday or have they been hard to come by for abit?

Everything is sold out. Try finding an 18 inch Harley tire. Brake pads have been back ordered for a few weeks. And a couple other parts a month. I guess we are feeling the effect of the great covid closure

I had this problem a few weeks back. Walmart had them in stock and I placed the order. Never happened. Walmart tried to charge my Credit Card 20 times. Declined it 20 times. Tried again later in the same day and the price jumped $200 bucks plus $350 for delivery. I can't make this up. Gave up on Walmart.
Any way I was frustrated and checked on my local Craigslist. I found one brand new for $120 bucks cheaper. I had to drive a couple of hours but I got it that day.
I went to the Weber site and they are "out of stock". BBQGuys had some but it was an 8-12 week wait before it "left the warehouse"
My advice is to stay vigilant. You may get lucky. I did , and I am as far from a Lucky Guy as one can get. You can get the 18" with no trouble though.

I guess we are in a world of s%&t. My 9 year old WSM 22 with a Guru is probably worth a fortune. It will take some time for the supply chain to catch up with the pent up demand & with all the stimulus checks, there is a lot of money out there to be spent. SO inflation is here.

check Fleet Farms website. The 2 MN stores I stopped at and the Fargo store had them in stock last weekend when I was there. They usually offer free shipping over $50 and have free gift cards when you spend a certain amount. Worth a look

Look on craigslist, offer up (app) and facebook marketplace. I found my 18.5” for $90 or $95 on there. It was an 4.5 hr drive to go get it but worth it, the drive back and the gas to go get it.
