I have been at work a week now, Loaded up the truck a couple coolers and a Pit Boss pellet pooper and went to work. It started off Ok then poured on us Sunday afternoon, Held us up for a day but finally got in the equipment and started againThen Thursday afternoon the torrential downpour started...... Monsoon June up here in Alberta .......
It finally stopped raining around lunch time and I had a couple pork tenderloins in the fridge since Thursday night.  So rubbed them down with SPOG, splashed a little sauce on them wrapped em in bacon and put them in the smoker....

Fed some of the boys and my x-shift, No pics of the plates .... it went fairly quick, Up next Monday brisket if I can get my Tappecue updated ........

Looks tasty! Bet your crew was happy!

We've been having Thinderstorms the last week. Rain, hail, wind. Perfect conditions for the WSM's!

Lol, That's funny Case, lol I hear you on that as well.
