I moved it over a bit and my cue is running at 266.

Hey this is Flip using Red's tablet to try out some things, Brisket was an adventure thats for sure.


Couldnt get the Briskie past 170 or so, smoked it all night. I think I had too big of a water pan.

so i pulled it out at 6 am. sliced it crosswise, then foiled and stuck in a mini cooler.  Went to work, got home at530.

Well that was a tough road.  Learned my lesson about the water pan.  I'm a silver lining kind of guy though, i think everything will be allright.
