pretty damn hot this time of year (not bitchin or braggin......just a fact) so i don't do too much of the low-n-slow but the grill gets used and while cruzin' through the restaurant supply house i saw some decent size woks that weren't too much so i snagged an 18" carbon steel that was around $30. my turkey fryer is perfect for getting some high heat and tossin' some noodles.

man i love these things....

pretty much all ya need.....

love the high heat of a wok over high BTUs to sear some mushrooms....

toss in some peppers, onion and garlic.......

When you can get those big gas burners under them they are a thing of beauty.Wouldnt want to spend a whole shift shaking one but you gotta love the speed & intensity of that style of cooking, especially when your time poor. Nice dog.

Funny Rob - I just used mine at the campground in Buellton on Tuesday for some Paella
