Wise choice for last minute supper idea

I had no intentions of firing up the smoker today until my neighbors smoke drifted my direction and tempted me. Since it was already 4:00 I didn’t have much time before supper. So I quickly stuffed some chicken breast with just mushrooms and mozzarella cheese, seasoned it and wrapped some bacon around it and put it on the smoker. About 3 hours later it was time to dig in. I need to thank my neighbor for the inspiration.
