I am few smokes into it and very hooked. I read the forum all the time and am amazed by the wealth of info on it, and how nice everybody is. Thank you all for being here. I am running an ECB with a turkey fryer mod and sausage hanging setup. In process of designing a smokehouse, got the brining fridge going, and will be breaking down an old Kelvinator for a dedicated curing setup this weekend. My grandmother ran a locker for 40 years and I have started going through her old recipe box. Nostalgic and Tasty! I look forward to meeting you all and continuing to learn.

Hello Levi and welcome!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
