I was thinking of smoking chicken wings with baby back ribs. Would the 3-2-1 method work for the chicken wings?
I typically run my back ribs with the 2-2-1 method andwill put my wings on the smoker at the 3 hour point of the ribs. Also great if you can toss them on a hot flame to crisp them up.I was thinking of smoking chicken wings with baby back ribs. Would the 3-2-1 method work for the chicken wings?
