Whole wings marinated in Franks and pickle juice for 24 hours. KBB @ 350° With a chunk of cherry wood.
Seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder white pepper and cbp

I boiled down the marinade and added some brown sugar to it for a glaze.

I was at the store Sunday & they were out of wings.
I guess everybody is having Game Day wings!

loving the whole wings! I've gotten so spoiled/lazy we usually do them in the air fryer. but they don't look that good.
when we can find wings. last trip they wanted $4.99/lb
 
Man those look fantastic! I am way overdue for wings. I really have to try this pickle juice thing with chicken too. I know TNJAKE TNJAKE is a big fan of marinading chicken in pickle juice.
