Just before the winter started I was smoking some ribs and had a hard time keeping the temperature steady because the wind was really gusting. While I've been hibernating from the cold weather and dreaming about my next smoke I started to think about making a windbreak. I was on a slow walk through of Home Depot looking for inspiration and this is what I came up with. I bought 4 basement window well barriers and just used self tapping metal screws to hold them together. Once we get some nice weather here in Toronto I'll let you know how it worked.
