Remember that sausage I made from the gobblers I killed a couple weeks ago? Well I thought some meatballs would be good. And bacon makes everything better….

With or without the sauce and noodles would be fine with me... looks tasty!

Nice work and great idea.

I haven't ground wild turkey breast before. I usually smoke them whole, or deep fry (turkey McNuggets) or even make jerky out of them (turkey jerky is actually very good). Now I have something else to try!
