Wild outdoor cooking venison (well kinda)

Something I enjoy doing is a good cook up outdoors over a fire, be it camping, fishing, or whatever it may be. I've been getting into the YouTube wild cooking over fire thing, and had a go myself. Did not go quite to plan!
