Lets continue to lighten up things with some levity from our lives.
What I want to know about y'all is, "What are the Wildest and Craziest Things You've Ever Done?"
If you're like me you've got more than one or two good stories to tell, so let's do one thing at time.
I'll get it going...

Skydive naked is not just a bumper sticker for me, yep, I've jumped out a perfectly good airplane with nothing but a parachute and a smile.
Since this forum is PG I guess pics are verboten, but there are pics and video floating around the web of my full moon shining in a sunlit sky and speed brake fully deployed.

Married my 1st wife
Okay, that reminds me.
1st wife, we rode Greyhound bus from San Jose to Reno got married and mailed a postcard to both of our parents saying "Glad you're not here". Then wehitchhiked back to a nudist beach above Santa Cruz for our honeymoon. Illegal substances where involved, it was 1970. And it was down hill from there.

And your mothers let you live? :emoji_astonished:

We were hanging out in a parking lot one night . Cop pulled in . Got out of his car and told us all to leave . So I got in his car and left . He didn't think that was as funny as I did .
Oh no you didn't! that's some serious shenanigans. 😂
What was the bail for that?

By choice? Several solo long-distance backpacking trips and solo cross-country motorcycle trips. Fun but stupid, safety-wise. This was before cellphones.

By direction? North Pacific. 0/0 ceiling/visibility. Water temp 33F. Launched in an A-7 tanker (one of four) to refuel F-14s who could not get back aboard the Enterprise after they kept an eye on visitors.

Gave away all my external and wing-tank fuel so the Tomcats could divert 700 miles to a runway. I had enough fuel for one pass at the boat, possibly two. If I couldn't get back aboard I would be given vectors for ejection for a later rescue when the weather cleared. Survival time in an exposure flight suit while sitting in an ejection seat raft was 4 hours in that water, much less if the raft failed. A-7s were 1/4th the cost of the F-14s and considered more expendable. Plane $12 million, pilot $330k.

Clear blue skies above the cloud deck, then nothing but gray. Hands on approach from 3 miles. Repeatedly heard "On glide-slope. On heading." Then "3/4 mile, call the ball." My answer, "Popeye" because there was nothing but gray. CCA calls continued until I heard the LSO yell "Right for line-up!" Caught the 3-wire. Never saw the ship.

All four of us made it aboard on the first attempt.

Thank you for your service.
My Dad and Father-n-law were both career Navy guys.
My Dad was a surface sailor and had great sea stories, my FiL was a submarine guy and says, "I can neither confirm or deny such and such ever happened, or that we were there."

Spring of 1980, just before High School Graduation...Parked in an out of the way known Make-out spot in town. Another car pulls in. I thought nothing of it and continued what I was doing. Suddenly the cars interior lights up and there is a knock on the window. :emoji_astonished: Police Officer, " You want to step out of the car Mr. Jankoski? " I get out. " You want to pull your Pants up Mr. Jankoski? ":emoji_confounded: After the Officer called the situation in, I got a long lecture on having more Respect for Women.
The Police Shift Supervisor was my best friends Dad and our next door neighbor. I took crap for Months every time I went to their house...JJ :emoji_laughing:

Are you talking crazy or stupid? Crazy can be without personal choice and I didn't have any of those, stupid... that was on me. One time I'll never forget, and think about it to this day. Driving to work young and dumb in the morning on a one lane each way highway in the delta. It was all fogged in and could see but 100ft ahead. Car in front of me was going 25mph, and I decided to pass which isn't typical of me. No more than 30 seconds of getting back in my lane a big rig went by in the other direction. That stupidity burned into my brain to this day.
