Wiki on differences between Marinating, Brining, Pickling, Corning, and Curing

I just created a wiki on the above to help differentiate amongst the catagories and also show their similarities.

I absolutely cheated and used references from Wikipedia on each one, and have not summarized between them as of yet, lol.

However, it will lead us all to better knowledge on the similarities and the differences between them.

I invite anyone with analytic discretion to enjoin into the discussion!
