Had a little trouble getting the smoker started this morning, given that last night's rain left us in fog thick as pea soup, but we're up and running. Doing some breakfast and lunch for my wife for her birthday.

Looks great! It's a gift of love and time....

I know my wife would love it. We have an agreement for Black Friday shopping. She shops and I cook whatever meal she wants. She always picks ribs, greens and baked Mac & Cheese.

Happy wife =happy house

Good stuff! My wife enjoys pretty much anything I cook.

The labor of love continues with some TBS

Just some country sausage, eggs, peppers, and onion.  I didn't realize we were out of cheese until it was too late.

The bacon and sausage came from a local meat vendor that raises and produces their own meats.  They have really good stuff.

Yeah, I did the hash browns on the side.  The bacon from this place is shorter than the vacuum sealed stuff, so the fatties were smaller.  Not enough room to pack in the hash browns.

Looking good - wish the wife Happy Birthday from all of us
