I'm making snack sticks today, but the bride came in and said she wanted some breakfast sausage. So, a pound of butt, and some seasonings later. She's happy, and I'm back to grinding! Stick shots later.

I asked her to take a picture of the finished product, but what she didn't eat, she put in the frig. You'll have to trust me, it was edible.
