The wife is on a girls trip, so I took this piece of meat out, buttered her up, had a nice bath (sous vide style), then turned up the heat (reverse sear on Weber Kettle). Wined and dined through and through.

My wife is out on in MA for almost a month now and will be out there for another month or so visiting our daughters family. I've already done a couple of rib eyes on the grill and thinking it might be time for a couple more. Though my drink of choice is beer...lol
