Tried making Dutch's Wicked Beans for the first time this weekend. I can see why they have always been a staple around here. Damn good!
I did sub BBQ sauce for the ketchup and throw in about a pound of left over pulled pork.
Will definitely be making this again.

We had the beans with an overnight brisket. 8 hours on the Weber kettle then wrapped and put in the oven at 250 till tender. Couple of hours in the party stacker cooler and sliced for dinner. Wasn't my best but still dang tasty.

Man could I go for a bowl of those beans! The wife is staying away from calories which translates to me staying away from calories.
I'm going through the same thing with my wife. I got her to break this weekend when I made ice cream sandwichs for the kids.

We love Dutch's @Dutch baked beans. Only thing I change is I sub peaches for the pineapple because a couple of my zoo members don't like it.

Nice work...
Great idea with the peaches. My favorite fruit hands down!
I'll have to remember to give that one a try next summer. Peach season ended a few weeks ago in my part of GA. I can't bring myself to buy the ones in the grocery store. I'm spoiled from having an orchard nearby.
