Why can't I give out any points

Starting yesterday afternoon I can't give anybody any points.

Is there a limit?

If so what is it & how do you know if your near the limit?

Mine just started working again about 5 minutes ago.

I guess there's a limit on how many you can give.

I'm going to try and find out what it is.

Yes it is.  Clicking the thumbs up gives the poster one point.  What you do with those points is a whole nother question.
