Thanks ! Yup , made me happy . Also remembered a strip steak post you did awhile back .

All I can say is you better post some of them seared off to a perfect MR or some pics may make it up tonight.......will not confirm or deni the presences of some prime strips in the fridge......lol.

It really doesn't get any better than the Loaf of Life with mashed taters and gravy,
Loaf of Life !! I love that . Great way to put it . Ray , I could eat it everyday .
Thanks for the comment .

Sign me up for a plate like that
Thanks David . Went with the couple days of crappy weather we had . 65 one day 15 the next .

Did you ever score a winner. Those strip loin steaks look fantastic, and they're my favorite cut.
Thanks Gary . I'll be doing steaks here soon .
Great job on the meatloaf--I'd sure eat some of that.

It's coming . I have some from the ribeye I did last week also .
For now , here's a strip loin from last year that was no where near as good as this one . Did a steak in the cast iron . This was about the best steak on it .

So I left the biggest section as a roast . SV'd then seared .
Both were good . Roast was the better of the 2 .

The rest of that one got ground up .
It was only $2.99 a pound . $34.00 for the whole thing .

Rich those steaks look great. That meatloaf looks amazing. It's a favorite around here and something I haven't done in a while. I'm also a gravy on meatloaf fan. Heck of a job bud

When the warden comes to ask what I want for my last meal; I'm gonna tell him to get in touch with you.

Great looking steaks Rich, but the plate up is awe inspiring.

Look fantastic Chop! I love a good meatloaf. The add of ginger caught my attention. Finished meal looks great. This spring I’m going to jump on one of those striploins for a cookout for sure. The price is always good on them.
