Did a whole hog in the Caja China last weekend. Turned out awesome. I was told that it was the “Best pork I’ve had in my life”. Used an A-Maze-N smoker tube and it work great. Kept smoking the whole cook. Took about 5 hours total.
Whoa, how is amazing that, like a Luau without the hole in the ground! That just looks awesome, no wonder folks were happy, be delicious. RAY
