Using Big Green Egg Lump charcoal, apple wood chips and cherry wood chunks.  Will post more pictures as it goes along.
 
Looks like your off to a good start.  With a butt that big it is going to be a long smoke.  enjoy

Just to clarify I do not have a Big Green Egg I just like their lump charcoal, it has worked the best for me.  To help with the bark I mixed Apple juice and a little water in a spray bottle and sprayed it about every half hour after it hit 140.  Should have started spraying it earlier.   It only took about 10 hours.
