Just rubbed down my last .59 cents a pound whole chicken for the smoker later today ! But just bought four more the other day for .79 cents a pound !
Home made rub of brown sugar coarse black pepper garlic powder onion powder seasoned salt chopped chives and parsley
Will put in the smoker about noon or so be done by five for dinner !

Nothing like a good smoked chicken. They were on sale a Kroger last week but I forgot to grab a few.
 
I just picked up a couple of Butterball turkey breasts. I'm thawing one & freezing the other. Well have club sammies later in the week!

Well chicken is the mes ! Be done in about four hours ! Started off at 160 degrees will bump up about 30 degrees each hour !

Can’t go wrong with that. Looking good. We eat a lot of smoked yard bird.
