Brining a bird now for tomorrow while we get another 12 inches of the wintry loveliness.

So, what temp and how long? Those look great. I plan to spatchcock this li'l lady first.
 
Good advice above. I smoke at 225 º  then throw it on a how grill for a few to crisp up the skin.  Or you can smoke at a higher temp 300 - 325  cook faster and have crispy skin too
