White/tan smoke from amazn

I've been smoking cheese the past month on the weekends with the amazn and a chargriller pro. Good success so far but today for no reason I can see the amazn seemed to be pouring out white smoke. Usually I get the TBS and all is good but today with some new pellets I just got in the mail from amazn this past week the whole smoke seemed a lot more white than it's been before.

Any ideas? I had the vents set to the same position I've used before so I just don't get it.

I get that now & then, but it's usually when it gets burning heavier than usual, sometimes at the turn-arounds because it's wider there. The heavier it smokes, the whiter the smoke is.

You could try not filling your AMNPS as full----Keep the level at least 1/4" from the top.

I get that all the time with the tube smoker, because I think it's more for bigger smokers than an MES. That's why I always use my AMNS & my AMNPS units.

Trying my new mailbox mod on the mes and getting nothing but solid white smoke today. Not cookin anything, just a dry run and it smoked white for 3 hours with apple wood.

Just filled a row with hickory and covered about half the 1" hole that's in front of the mail box to see if less air helps. First ten minutes of the smoke it's still pretty white
