Picked up these local whiskey fennel brats up at Whole Foods in Colorado :). Can't wait to try them. A little smoking then finishing them on the grill. How do you guys prepare your brats?
I've tried lots of different methods but found just grilling over med/low heat does the best job for me (and is quite easy). You don't want it so hot that the casing splits, but just hot enough so that you get a good browning over everything. It's definitely not fancy but gets the job done well.
