My problem is I live to smoke meat!! I love smokers!
Hench the problem. I have a offset I have a propane I have two WSM'S.. I use them all.. Yes I use them all
Now I want to smoke St. Louis ribs for the family
What should I use and why

Depends on the number fed. Decide how many racks and let that dictate the smoker needed. All cook well...JJ

This is the main reason I only have a kettle and the WSM

Me too!

Depending on the number of racks, either the offset or the WSM. As others have said, that's why I only have my offset and a kettle.

Offset... Used my offset today for 4 rack of St Louis ribs and a few wings.  Turned out great.

:yeahthat:
If number works, I like offsets with chuncks for ribs and chicken. Crisps the skin and I think gets better smoke flavor. Fun no matter what though!
