Hmmmm..... long tongs, a pig tail meat turner , butcher paper, vacuum sealer bags, sausage casing, pink curing salt, grate cleaner brush, quality knives, spices, heat resistant gloves, instant read thermometer, remote meat probe, rib racks, skewers, wood chips, fire starters, the list could go on for hours.
