Where do we go to search for other users now?

If you're looking to contact one specific person. Where do we go to find other peoples profiles now? I've looked all over but I'm missing it.

I will give you an example.

On the Left-side of your screen you'll see my user name "richoso1", click on my avatar, and it will take you to my community profile. While on that page you'll see on the left where you can send me a pm , and so on. Any problems,just ask.

Hey Richoso1,

   Thanks for the quick reply. I get how to send you a message now that you have replied to my post. But what if I'm looking for someone specific. Like Dutch, or Cow Girl, or who ever. On the old site, it seems like there was a button at the top that said "users". When you clicked on that, it brought a drop down thing with the alphabet. Then you could pick a letter or seach by name I think too. I can't find anything like that on the new site.

Type a name in the search bar above then choose the "users" tab to see the users that match your search.. Here is a picture to show you what I mean:
