kettle temp got out of hand. forgot beef still cooks after sear and rest.
Oh well 1lb of Sammy meat.

Looks good to me! With its marbling I find TriTip can be forgiving if slightly overcooked.

What are you calling a little over cooked ??
wanted 130 finished for a nice dark pink (red) photo of finished steak. by the time rest was over this one clocked 140.
