When the kids and grannies are coming.

12 Racks of baby backs.

Ready to take out.

When my kids are coming you better have some of Gary's bake beans.

No plating here no chance to do any. The kids all brought some other side dishes.
Pies a plenty with chocolate, pumpkin and banana cream and some fresh strawberry short cake.
There was just a post or wrap or no wrap. Nope no wrap here never, now that would have been a real project.
I did however pull the membrane as always.
