I had to have some BEEF today. I'm in the midst of caring for Trish ,Post - Op. She wanted an old fashion Pot Roast today when I mentioned Beef(imagine that) , so off I go to the Store. What job ...
She's a Nurse and well, let's asy I'm getting a lot of running and this will be for 6 weeks
Oh, well, My turn . She got my back so I got her's...
Oh, the Beef was a Chucky, I did the Oven thingy( not allowed to get in the Weather for Smoking till Sat.) with it...you know Lipton soup Mix, Onions,Taters,Celery,Carrots and Mushy-Rooms. I tried to figure the new camera Trish got , but , this is what's left of a 'fall-apart' Roast. I put in 10 nice slow hrs. on the meal and She calls the D-I-L and Son to talk and let the cat out of the bag... here's what was left...
not a good pic , but it's Her Camera , as usual the D-I-L has my little Camera...kids...
So, we have a great Soup starter for later in the week. I've been promised to have 2 maybe 3 Briskets to do Sat. . Finally I can try my new , so amazingly fast you can't see it "Black" Covert Thermapen. You won't be able to see the stains on it , it's so Stealthy . And my replacement Maverick sending unit. Yeah!!!
