Got 3 racks a baby backs, beans and tater salad on the menu. Can't decide weather or not to do a few lbs of wings or some feather bones (riblets or whatever you want to call them) for the pre-game stuff the rest is for grabbing a plate at half time. I got the DVR so I can pause the gameand not worry about missing any of the game keeping track of the ribs. Really want Peyton and the boys to pull it off, been a fan since Mannings 2nd year with the Colts. I think it will be a very close game and come down to the last seconds to decide a winner, should be a heck of a game!

Rooting for the Colts. Peyton Manning fan since the day he stepped on campus at Tennessee. Not sure what the menu will be. Will let the grocery store sales determine my direction, I think. Either that or head to Costco to get some baby backs.

I am cooking wings and pork butt. Sides- mustard potato salad (cant stand mayo potato salad) and pinto beans. (YUP, Im from TX)

Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be cooking anything spectacular. It'll just be me, myself, and I, and I don't have a smoker here. Maybe some nachos or tacos with some hot peppers, and a few chips/salsa on the side, plus a few cold beverages.

Rooting for the Colts! I've rooted for the Colts since I was in elementary school, I think that was before Peyton was even there (maybe before he had even graduated high school).

I don't even no who is in the super bowl so I'm not rooting for anyone (have actually never watched a game of football, I no not normal for a guy) and I can't smoke that weekend because we have to go down to Arizona for a week and a half, I hope it's not to warm down there

I am going with spares, buffalo wings, boston baked beans (best beans in the world!), and maybe some jambalaya. My buddy is making the pulled pork.

There will be some extra smoking for the Shootout on Saturday night, but that is TBD. Lets not forget the NASCAR season is starting people!!!

And I am rooting for the Saints. Not a fan of either team, but how can you not root for the Saints? (unless you are from Indy or a Manning family member...)

I'm glad you asked!!! This weekend is also my daughter's birthday.. so we're having the whole family and friends thing going on... So i decided on two 10lbs butts and Chicken boobies, and a few slab of ribs. Now thats just Saturday! and Doing Ribs and wings and smoked baked beans!

Not really routing for either one. Indy should win it but I am sure people are going to be routing for New Orleans since katrina effected them. As long as its a good game I could care less.

I have to be rooting for the saints I just love that city and the music and the FOOD and it will really go wild with Marti Gras going on and fat tuesday follows the big game that town will blown it's head off for sure.

I probably have too much planned, but I can't help myself! I'll have both smokers fired up. I bought brats, I've been savin' up chicken wings in the freezer (got maybe 3 dozen), I'm gonna do a 7 pound butt and 3 racks of BBs, and I'm sure I'll be throwing some ABTs together.

I really like the Colts, and have lots of respect for Payton Manning, BUT.....
