Hey everyone, im new to the site and have a question, i built a curing chamber with temp and humidity controllers that regulate it with a work light ( for heat) ,cool mist humidifier ( for RH rise) and a small computer fan to move air at the bottom of the fridge. my question is this;
the fridge has freeze at the top what should i do with this? should i try to remove some of the divider between the freezer and fridge? ( think the cooling coils are in there) add another fan to remove the air from the freezer? or just leave it alone?
Worried about stagnant air in there contaminating the fridge while curing/Aging.
thanks in advance
