What to do with it????

Picked up a boneless Pork Butt 2 pack today. One of them is in the smoker, going to making Tamales with it and the Chuckie that is in there with it. Unsure of what to do with the other butt. Pull? BBB? ?????

Suggestions??

We do have some Pulled Pork leftover from the last one we made so....
