What to do on a day off??

I have off today and haven't cooked in a while so fired up the Egg this morning and have this going... 

5.5 pound brisket flat, 1 rack of back ribs, and one completely naked fatty.... 

Pics, as if you don't know what a brisket, ribs, and a naked fatty look like.. 



It's always pork over beef for me... 



Ribs and brisket rubbed down with SM Cherry... it's all sweet today..
