What should I smoke next?

I thought it was just me who had a problem in the meat dept. My wife thinks im not right in the head but i always look at meat and think of pretty a cut is. I see such potential in a good marble and the onus to treat an animal right that gave its life for my supper...

I'm glad there is no restaurant depot nearby to me or i would prob not pay my rent buying up all the meat!

hahaha no its not just you.  I have a downright love affair with the place haha.  I love the specials section.  They have stuff that got delivered and when they were shelving it the cryovacs break and they sell it for a huge discount.  So as long as you are going to cook relatively soon or freeze, its a great way to experiment with new cuts on the cheap.  

I have 3 of them within a half hour drive of where I work and/or live.  Its terrible! haha
