I have a 5lb 15lb and 20lb LEM stuffers, an MES electric smoker, Smoke Hollow propane smoker, Kitchner #12 grinder, Chef's Choice slicer, a Kitchenaid Professional stand mixer and a kitchenaid food processor. I'm looking at the following for my next purchase- countertop convection oven or air dryer, full size refrigerator only for curing chamber.

Any recommendations on the convection oven or fridge? thanks.
 
On the fridge you will be well advised to keep it in a heated area during the winter, garages that get cold makes it hard to regulate temps, 60+ less than 100 in the summer. Sounds like you need a room just to store your tools lol

When I finally do get a dedicated full size curing refrigerator, I will keep it in my laundry room.
