Greetings,
Not sure where to post this. I was reading a thread about smoking rib eyes, http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/showthread.php?t=74076
There is a great post on steak and shrimp. Describing the marinade he mentions an ingredient called CBP. As you can tell I'm a noob and need a little help. :) What is CBP? Thanks in advance and great forum!!!

CBP= Can't bite Peanuts.... a disease that makes having a pbj sandwich a hazzard to your health.

Actually it sounds like something that I have already done. I had a hard time figuring that CBP thing out when I first began reading SMF posts too. lol

I mentioned oxo cubes in a recipe I submitted once and from the replys I realized that not everyone knows what they are , apparently its a regional thing. Several people did not know what I meant by back bacon. Up here in Canada its called back bacon.

If I remember correctly, before all of the site problems acromyms and select "BBQ Vernacular" that people use on this site would appear as bold and in a different color. If you rolled your mouse over it, it would bring up a definition of what the heck we were talking about (who knew that an atomic buffalo turd was actually edible?!?). I'm sure that the fine folks that make this site possible are working on this along with all of the other things on their list, but that was helpful to me when I first started reading this site, and I'm sure other new members would say the same.

For instance:

CBP was displayed as CBP and then displayed Cracked Black Pepper if you moused over it.
ABT was displayed as ABT and when you moused over it, it brought up a definition box that displayed "Atomic Buffalo Turd - a Jalapeno stuffed with filling, wrapped in bacon, and smoked (or something like that).
