I'm home alone quite often, and I always have the TV on, I need the sound of the TV to drown out the ringing in my ears, even while I'm sleeping. Lately I found audiobooks on YouTube. I really like Mountain man history, and there are a ton of Mountain man audiobooks ranging from 3 hrs to 13 hrs long.
So instead of watching TV, I've been listening to true stories about real life Mountain man, which in turn has helped me sleep a little better. It keeps my mind busy, so I'm not thinking about this or that. They have been super helpful to me. So pick a topic, and see what turns up on a Y.T. search, also it's also free.
I'm one of those people that absolutely hate long drives, anything over a hr or more bores the hell out of me, so the audiobooks are great for that as well
