Well , I could not wait any longer.
I signed up for Paramount+
Last night watched first 4 of season 2 of Tulsa King. Really like this show. When done this , I will be doing part 2 of season 5 of Yellowstone.
Then off to Lioness, I hear it is good.

So now my nights are booked for a couple weeks lol

David
I went into Tulsa King thinking "no way I'm going to like this" - but I love it. Great show.

Mayor of Kingstown is also extremely good. Lots of good stuff put out by Paramount.

Right on, the lady next door added my name to her account, and we were on the 4th showing, and she quit her prescription, so we were out.
I really dig Billy Bob, well and his wife, and daughter in this show, so we were bummed to lose it. I just signed up for the free month, with zero issues, except I forgot how painfully slow stuff it is to navigate on paramount+, they really need to fix that, I'm sure people don't use it for that reason alone.
Anyhow, thank you very much for posting the link, we're stoked to rejoin our shows.

Dan.
Don't forget, gmail accounts are free..... I listened to a TON of Audible books on free trials, as well as Netflix and others (they used to all give you a month or so free.....

I like Stallone's work, but to me this is his best stuff,
It is funny and not a bad story. Was watching another 3 episodes last night and I noticed that paramount+ has it listed under comedy , lol lots of killing and blood for that kind of listing.

Taylor Sheridan just can't miss. With Paramount you also have his Mayor of Kingstown , Lioness, Lawman Bass Reeves , 1883 and 1923.
I love 1923, but I can't help but think that Sheridan is dragging it out this season. I hope it doesn't end unresolved, and we have to wait another 2 years for season 3.

I have found it to be a little slow paced and all over the place so far x

It follows Sheridan's structure. He has a main plot and then a bunch of subplots revolving around the main plot. The main plot for Yellowstone was the threat to lose the ranch. That's followed through on 1883 and 1923.

Landman was a departure in that there's no main plot. Just separate vignettes involving oil production in the Permian Basin. Some realistic and others pure fantasy.

In this current season of 1923, I can see how eventually he's gonna tie all these subplots together, except for the Native American girl's problem's . I don't see how that fits.

Me, neither. She and Spencer are both in Texas right now, but traveling in different directions.

Just saw “Joe Picket” on Paramount. Drama series about a new game warden in Wyoming. Any watchers?

I've started the first episode a couple times but didn't seem to hook me. I'll likely give it a go again sometime.
Well, we made it past the first and are just now watching episode 2. Just gotta know what happened. Dead guy in a wood pile needs some explanation.

Thanks Brian , yes I missed it the other night also. So I went searching and could only find clips.
Or on peacock..... dam
Loved the Lainey Wilson and Marty Stuart part . He has not changed in years at all. I remember seeing him in concert over 30 years ago up here. Great picker and player. And he loved Johnny Cash a lot.

I caught it on my Prime Time recording on my dish hopper. I go through it every couple weeks to see if anything I want on it.
