Smoked meatloaf, pork tenderloin, smoked mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, and a hunk of my bread from this morning.

Excellent looking meal. I could eat that now, and it's 8am! Great work.
 
R RiversideCat i rub it down with butter and throw a little rub on there and cook for about a hour wrapped in foil. if I want a smoke flavor to it I’ll leave it unwrapped for about 20-30 minutes then wrap it so it doesn’t dry out.
