Wet cured ribs and tenderloins coming along

Not quite done but heres the pre-q.



Gonna use the ribs to make a big ole pot of navy bean soup tommorow. The tenderloins are bound for sunday breakfast fried up with some eggs.

Yikes Boil The ribs? Lol. I could think of a better thing to do with them, like eating them. Any way good luck, anxious to see the results.
